Las Vegas-based influencer Orylan has spent nearly $70,000 transforming her appearance with extreme body modifications — including full-body tattoos, a split tongue, eyeball ink, fang veneers, and even a heart-shaped implant in her hand. While her bold look draws stares and online hate — with trolls calling her a “demon” — the 26-year-old insists she has no regrets.
Orylan first got inked at 14 and now shares her journey with over 143,000 Instagram followers, celebrating a version of beauty she’s always dreamed of. Despite the criticism, she says these changes make her feel most like herself: “I believe the way I look now is the beauty I’ve always wanted to achieve.”
She admits to getting hateful comments online, with strangers questioning her past or labeling her as scary. Still, Orylan shrugs off the judgment and encourages others to follow their own path: “Do it out of love… we should only do things that bring us joy.”
Her modifications are spontaneous — she doesn’t follow a specific goal or idol, only her instincts. And yes, thanks to her split tongue, she can taste two different foods at once.
